VivSoft has formed an SBA-approved Joint Venture under the SBA’s Mentor-Protégé Program with Amyx, Inc. in October 2022. VivSoft is the protégé partner and Amyx, Inc is the mentor partner of this JV, which is called AIX Tech LLC. We are currently pursuing a GSA MAS schedule for AIX Tech which will enable federal agencies to obtain 8(a) credit while leveraging the combined capabilities of VivSoft’s innovation and emerging technology experience with Amyx’s capacity to scale and operate large, complex contracts. We anticipate award of our GSA MAS schedule by January 2024.

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) ENCORE III is Small Business Set-Aside, Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. The ENCORE III contract provides IT solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of all customer organizations in support of functional requirements including Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, and Mission support areas, and to all elements of the Joint Information Environment (JIE).  Services that may be procured via the Encore III Small Business Set-Aside vehicle include:
